Get to know me
Hi! I’m Lily, a certified Flow Breathwork facilitator & Auric Light Alchemy energy healer dedicated to helping individuals release emotional blockages, reconnect with their inner selves, and find profound healing through the power of breath.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Neuroscience, where I focused on neurodivergence and the effects of stress on development. Currently, I work as an Administrative Assistant for a holistic pediatric occupational therapy studio, supporting a team that helps children with sensory sensitivities and emotion regulation challenges. However, my true passion lies in guiding others through breathwork.
I discovered the power of Flow Breathwork as a way to reconnect with my body after years of feeling stuck in survival mode. As a neurodivergent person, I understand what it’s like to have a racing mind, feeling constantly overstimulated or completely disconnected. Through a consistent breathwork practice, I’ve learned to find stillness, listen to my body’s cues, and process emotions on a deeper level.
Now, I’m here to guide you on that journey. I believe the body holds profound wisdom that we often overlook. My mission is to help you tap into that inner knowledge, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with yourself in a safe, supportive space.
What’s Flow Breathwork?
Flow Breathwork is an embodied practice developed by Shanila Sattar that combines the ancient 3-part dirga breath with intuitive movement.
The focus is on listening to your body’s signals and allowing intuitive movement to guide you, enhancing the breathwork experience. The 3-part Dirga breath is a powerful tool used to access deeper states of relaxation, release stored tension, and reach meditative states.
In a world where we’re constantly bombarded with stimuli, it’s easy to become disconnected from our bodies - especially for neurodivergent individuals. Flow breathwork provides a gentle yet powerful method to ground yourself, balance your nervous system, and achieve emotional release.
Whether we’re healing in community or a 1:1 session, I encourage everyone to show up exactly as they are, embracing their authenticity and becoming their most confident and empowered selves.
